Fast thick pancakes

1 cup flour
 1 pint (0.5 liters) kefir
 1 tblsp. sugar
 0.5 tblsp. salt
Way of cooking
Pour 1 cup of flour, salt, sugar, and kefir into a basin.The resulting dough will be light and cream-like, close to thick sour cream in its consistence.
Pour the dough with a table-spoon into a greased red-hot frying-pan.
This is very easy to do. I have to confess that this is was the first dish that I made being a little boy (about 10 years). My mother instructed me how
to do it and I did these thick pancakes nearly each day while parents were at work.

Serve thick pancakes with sour cream, with favorite jam, condensed milk or honey. Good appetite!
