1. How to order

There are some ways to make and order. If fails main method with shopping cart you can use other ones.

1. To make order use the shopping cart button - press it to add an item into shopping basket to make order list. Be sure that your browser can accept cookies.

1. Prices for all products are fixed in US dollars.

2. Payment will be made via Authorization Server of the Universal Payment System of CyberPlat payment system. It proceesed payments made by credit cards of the following payment systems

3. Other payment gateway is 2Checkout.com payment processing company located in the USA. Payment can be made by:

• PayPal - via PayPal service
• FXSource - Secure Bank Payments

Payment processed is made in secure mode . Formally payment is made to 2Checkout (it will be reflected in your statament under the name 2CO.COM).

3. Order processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business after acceptance of payment. This time is necessary to pack the goods and to prepare documents for custom as all goods are sent from St.Petersburg, Russia. Express delivery is available on additional request.

4. Methods of shipping

Orders are shipped via International Airmail or Express Mail Service ( Russian express shipping company).

International Airmail (10-14 days)

International Airmail is a registered method of delivery that requires your signature when you receive a parcel. Delivery usually takes 10-14 days but may take longer during holiday times.. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of the goods and are counted automatically at your shopping cart.
Russian postal service provides with tracking numbers that can be used only inside Russian postal system so there is no way to track the shipping out of Russia. On other hand tracking numbers come with parcels shipped via Express Mail Service.

Express Mail Service (EMS) (3-5 business days)

Express Mail Service shipment is made by means of Russian State Mail Post Service and this is one of the most fast method of delivery. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, but may take longer during holiday seasons. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the parcel. This way of shipping offers a tracking number for each parcel. You can track using the web site of the EMS Russian Post (Russian language only!) or the USPS (shipments to the USA)

6. Refund policy

If you find some faults in goods that you received or you feel that received not what you expected you can return items back within two weeks. You may get other things (the same or similar at your choice) or get your payment back. In any case you have to send us via e-mail to the address order@russian-crafts.com a request with your wish to return goods.

If you want to exchange goods you have to inform us about it by e-mail and to reserved desired things. Then you need return received items by regular mail at your expenses . As soon as we receive that goods back we will send you reserved items.

In case when you want to get money back you have to send goods back at your expenses and then we will initiate the procedure of money return. It may take up to 1 month, this is regular time range of such procedure.

7. Privacy

The Russian Crafts respects the privacy rights of those who visit our web site. This notice explains our privacy policies and provides notices required by Government Code Section 11015.5.

The Russian Crafts does not use cookies or other devices or databases in order to collect personal information about Internet users. Some parts of our site (shopping cart software) may use cookies to provide secure and reliable way of forming of order list and to offer faster responses or help. Like most Internet sites, we do keep standard log records to improve our site, to provide better information in the future and to be sure we are using resources wisely. These logs may include the user's IP address or system domain name, computer type, browser version, date and time of the visit, names of files requested and the referring page. Providing this information is entirely voluntary.
