Returns

Russian Crafts accepts returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will gladly credit the original credit card, PayPal account, or issue an Russian Crafts Gift Certificate for items returned in new, unused condition.

Exchanges

Russian Crafts does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, first complete the return process for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement. Nearly all goods which are sold at the Russian Crafts site exist in one copy only as they are hand made so we can not exchange for exactly the same items.

Misship, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. We will return money for the damaged item(s) or replace it with other item(s) at your choice.

Refusal of Shipments

If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Russian Crafts. If you refuse from your package at the post office before receiving it the shipment will be returned at no cost from your side
