How to Order

We tried to make ordering process simple, comfortable and understandable. Here are some explanations.

1. To order necessary item press button "Add to cart". The item  will be added to your shopping basket/cart and you will be notified about it by pop-up sign or by pop-up window with basket/cart content.

2. If you wish to add more items, please, do the same - press button  "Add to cart", if you wish to complete order and checkout, please, on the top-left side of the screen the link "Checkout"

3. You can check content of your basket/cart at any time clicking on the top-left side of the screen the link "View cart".

4. During checkout procedure you will be asked to enter  your contact name, e-mail, shipping and billing addresses. You can create account, in this case you will be able to control your orders, you will have 7% discount as a returned customer.Next time when you decide to shop with us  again it will not be necessary to enter your address again as it will be kept in our database. We want to ensure you that all forms are filled in on secure pages and that we do not transfer your data to any third party companies except  payment system.

5. While ordering you should select necessary shipping method and preferable way of payment.

6. In the end when you check all entered data press button "Place order". The order will be placed and you will be transfered to the payment processor. Please pay your attention that we do not keep any credit card data. Order is considered to be processed when payment procedure is completed. In this case you will receive two notification - one from payment system about successfull payment and other notification - from our shopping cart with all information about your order.

7. If payment is not finished the order is considered to be uncompleted and has so called "Open" status. If you are a registered user you can login into your account to see your orders. Select your order to see details. In the very bottom you can see a button "Pay again". Click it and you will be able to start payment procedure again.
